Important Update: Transition from Klinik to SystmConnect

We are excited to announce that our online triage service is transitioning from Klinik to SystmConnect, an innovative and user friendly system designed to enhance your experience and improve the quality of care we provide. This change will take effect on 1st November 2024.

Why SystmConnect?

As a user, the change from Klinik will not be greatly noticeable. SystmConnect is similar but we hope, an improvement on the way we support our community.

More efficient: SystmConnect streamlines administrative tasks, allowing our staff to focus more on patient care and less on workflow.

Improved access: With SystmConnect, you will enjoy easier access to appointments, and communication with your healthcare providers through a user-friendly online portal.

Better coordination: The new system improves communication between staff and our systems in the ongoing care of patients so makes it easier for us to get you the right care at the right time.

What to Expect:

During the changeover period, there may be minor delays as we transition and train our staff on the new system. We are committed to making this as smooth as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.
