Free AQUAFIT sessions

The Blackmore Vale Partnership in conjunction with Active 4 Health, Sport England, and Active Dorset are very pleased to able to offer you 12 weeks of FREE AQUAFIT sessions this summer. Sessions begin on the 29^th May, and will run on Mondays and Wednesdays at Shaftesbury Lido. These sessions are being offered FREE to improve peoples Health and Wellbeing, and would be especially beneficial to those with long term health conditions. If you would like to attend please call the Blackmore Vale Partnerships Wellbeing Team, where we will be pleased to discuss our offering and complete a referral.
